Prescription Ordering Department (POD)
We are pleased to announce the opening of our Prescription Ordering Department. You are now able to order your prescriptions and all prescription queries can be dealt with over the telephone by contacting our POD.
Please note: As of 12.06.2020, prescriptions and prescription queries will no longer be taken and processed onsite by our reception team.
Please order your prescriptions and direct your queries to our POD by calling the POD team on 0121 368 0019.
The POD is open Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
