We need your help!
We had 318 appointments not attended between January and March 2023.
We are aware that sometimes things happen and this cant be helped but we would like to raise awareness of the number of appointments missed and the affect this has on the practice and our ability to offer appointments when you need one!
Please can we ask all patients where possible if you are unable to attend an appointment please let us know as soon as possible. You are able to cancel your appointment by a variety of methods:
- In person
- Via telephone
- Via sms / text message when being sent a reminder of your appointment reply with the word ‘ CANCEL’
- Via email
We want to make the process of cancelling your appointment as easy as possible, do you have any other suggestions of how we can help support our campaign ‘To reduce our Did Not Attend figures’ ?
