RE: Update on access to records go-live
You may be aware, the planned go-live date for all patients to have prospective record access was the 1 November 2022, however following our risk assessment, the practice has not enabled this automatic access due to a number of identified issues including safeguarding concerns, patient safety incidents, and General Data Protection Regulation.
If you would like to enable access to your prospective records from 01.11.2022 please contact the practice directly via our email for this request to be reviewed.
